Our Team
Christian retired from the Air Force and served more than twenty years. Today he helps run a program with a budget of about one hundred twenty-six million dollars. He holds an MBA and trained in Lean Six Sigma and Agile. He is the majority owner of Integrity Defense, a Texas veteran-owned company focused on defense energy. He leads its government engagement, contracting, and delivery. Christian is Filipino American. His mother is from Quezon City and his father is from Bulacan. For him, energy security in the Philippines is personal.

This distinguishes e-BESS from the majority of competitors in the domestic battery manufacturing and defense energy storage market who are at TRL 4 to 6 with bench-tested or pilot-scale systems only.

Integrity Defense Energy & Infrastructure (IDEI) can support the goals of Pax Silica by helping build the secure, resilient energy foundation required for advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, data centers, semiconductor supply chains, and other strategic technologies across the Indo-Pacific. Working alongside eBESS Power Corp., IDEI can help deploy advanced battery energy storage systems, microgrids, solar integration, and distributed energy solutions that improve reliability, strengthen energy security, and reduce dependence on vulnerable or unreliable power sources.
As a U.S. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with experience navigating the U.S. defense and federal marketplace, IDEI can also serve as a bridge between U.S. government stakeholders, Philippine industry, technology providers, infrastructure developers, and investment partners. This position allows IDEI to help translate strategic U.S.–Philippine cooperation into executable energy and infrastructure projects supporting both commercial and national-security requirements.
In the Philippines, IDEI can help identify and develop projects supporting data centers, industrial parks, defense installations, logistics hubs, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, and other critical infrastructure. By combining American small-business participation, Philippine-based energy technology and manufacturing capabilities, and partnerships with trusted allied suppliers, IDEI can contribute to a more resilient regional supply chain and energy ecosystem.
Ultimately, IDEI’s role within the Pax Silica ecosystem would be to help connect energy resilience, defense requirements, advanced manufacturing, and trusted U.S.–Philippine partnerships.
